β β β β β Food is all right, but customer service is poor. I was given a temporary card and was told the membership card will be posted to my place, still haven't received it after more than a month. Then my partner has to come to the store again to buy something and was given the card after 5 minutes' wait.

β β β β β Unfortunately I'm giving this review because of over 100 times experience and problems with my online ordering and delivery with Gilmours since they started shopping online and I couldn't find any improvement at all.
Please do not trust this company as a good supplier for online shopping and delivery, specially if you need item for your business or managing the business. I can promise all the time they are advertising and showing the product on the website available product which is not available to send you the item.on the website shows stock available and you do your order but tomorrow or your delivery date without giving you the notice they are not sending you the item because of lack of management of this part.every single time you will have this kind of problem and nothing will be changed.also you will have long story and wasting your time to take your credit back when they sent you the wrong item and you will decide to forget about it.
I'm gilmours customer from around 20 years ago and not happy at all just with my online ordering. ? I'm sorry for this kind of big company when I see even they are not trying to fixed the problem and make their customers feel OK.

β β β β β I have a security guard in the door to check you have the appropriate card in which to enter the warehouse. There was not a lot of specials but there was a good selection of products available. It is a good place to go for commercial quantities not so good if you're just lying domestic products as supermarkets are often cheaper

β β β β β As the only bulk/ commercial supplier, this store is pitifully. We own a business on the shore & Gilmours Constellation is our closest branch. We constantly cannot get products that we need. Come on guys, potatoes, carrots, fresh greens chicken nuggets, burger patties & I can continue through our whole list of products that we purchase regularly but cannot get constantly. My menu relies on having these items readily available. Customer services have no clue of products that are sold in store. Like pulling a tooth talking to them. Shelves are empty but when you finally get a staff member, miraculously products appear from wherever they store it. Not good enough Gilmours North Shore. We rely on you to keep us stocked to run our businesses. I am really disappointed that I ordered a product & was assured that it would be in store on Friday. Went to pick up on the day only to get told that they had ordered the wrong product. On their word, I listed the item on my menu, but could not deliver. Customer service can only say that it may be a 50/50 chance that it will in store on Monday. Not good enough, sorry. Cannot wait for Costco to open. Not going to bother with Gilmours
