★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most spectacular day trekking with Paula. Neither my partner nor I had ever ridden before, and she made us feel completely safe and at ease. The horses themselves were lovely and clearly well-loved. Our route took us through some absolutely pristine farmland and quintessentially Kiwi landscapes. Perfect way to spend a day. Can't recommend it enough, and can't wait to come back!

I would HIGHLY recommend Gladstone Horse Treks to anyone looking for a NZ horse riding experience, the landscape is amazing. Worth any kind of a detour!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charlotte and her daughter where friendly hosts for our horse trek. We are a family of six with a broad age range starting at 6 years old and none of us had done a trek before. We felt in safe and capable hands, and the scenery on their property was beautiful. I would definitely recommend. If you haven't done a trek before and are nervous, Charlotte's horses are well trained and do all the work for you so you can sit and enjoy the ride.
