★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not had the best experience with this store, I have placed 4 orders in the last few months and 2 separate orders have had big delays, I understand delays happen however, I have had to follow up continuously asking for updates I would expect that the company knowing there are delays would make first contact and keep customers updated. My last order was placed on the 2nd of June, a month later and I have still not received confirmation this has been sent.
*The below reply is inaccurate as last week I had an email from the company which confirmed this product had not been sent yet

Very good experience, totally recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stacey was fine but have had bad experiences with Emma. Her tattooing skills are fine but customer service skills and attitude are in dire need of work. She was very rude and made me feel like a nuisance. I'm not sure if she was just having an off day or what but it would pay to remember that customers also have various things going on and being rude to one can easily make that person's day much worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the store twice in the last two months. Tidy inside and Stacey is always welcoming, friendly and happy to offer advice about piercings (I'm a young 40 year old newbie).
I generally place my order online and book an appointment if I need help with the jewelry. My order is normally ready to collect in store the next day. Communication really good via e-mail and text. I would recoment Glamour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started ordering hair dye from Glamore 5 years ago and the service and speed was excellent. Moved back to NZ and began ordering again and the standards are still jsut as high. Order is always processed quickly and arrives quicker than I expect. There is usually a little treat and a nice message alongside the order. I will continue to order in the future and I urge you to use these wonderful people ☺️
