★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety pizzas in a price that everyone can afford. Especially cheesy garlic, pepperoni and beef and onion.. don't forget to get chilly flakes in it.. 5 stars for all the pizzas and for the friendly staffs out there :)

Rude staff who just turn there back and start talking to another staff member whilst in the middle of placing an order and then walks away comes back a couple minutes later and says I haven't paid. I said I was half way thru placing my order when u walked away. He just said oh what do you want then. Was rediculous then he read order back and it wasn't correct . Very disappointing .

I am today downgrading my rating from 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ to 1 star ⭐.
I did a pick up order this evening of a double cheese/ double pepperoni thin crust with numerous extras at $2.oo per extra.
I have added a photo to emphasis my issue with this order and have certainly been put off going back to them.
The extra tomato ? pieces was as scant as you could get . Very few pieces of tomato . The mushrooms were no better , I near had to shine a torch on the pizza to find some. The jalapeños were a bit better, I'm not sure it was an extra $2 worth but I may concede that one. The red onion - for $2 I got 2 small pieces of red onion that I could make out. It was pathetic.
I also asked and paid for Buffalo Sauce drizzle. Well here is where things went the other extreme - as can be seen on the photo, I think the lid fell off the bottle when they went to drizzle it.
In fact it is honest and fair to say that the whole pizza basically tasted like a Buffalo sauce pizza ?.
I would recommend to management to get their staff to ramp up their game and if it is management who are happy with this quality and level of product - then they need to step up their game.
I'm angry and disgusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible effort from this store. Ordered the Ultimate Cheesy Pepperoni, what a joke. Hardly any cheese on it. Ordered online hours beforehand, yet turned up 30mins late and all the food was cold. Delivery guy said literally " no ranch sauce so you got aioli". No sorry we ran out, no sorry I'm late . Then don't start me on the Ben and Jerry's ice cream. $16 for a 458ml tub of ice cream , I thought they'd given me the small tub. What a rip off, never going back.

Have given so many chances yet every time absolutely let down, waiting over 30mins past delivery due time (an hour last time!) and when you call just blatantly rude, say they are super busy blah blah blah. I ordered our pizza online at 6:10. Delivery time was for 6:40…now 7:15 and still not here. Seriously last time I’m ordering from Pizza Hut in Invercargill ever again, I think 5 chances is enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What has happened to them? The pizza was 45 min late even after I called up asking where it was at and was told no more then 5 min. Fast forward and it took another 20 min. The food was warm but soggy and chewy. The person on the phone needs to work on thier customer service skills, he was so dismissive. Will not order from here.
