★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently been to Glasson Hornby to purchase sweatsuit for my partner. Though they were not having anything as such, a lovely girl, she name herself Ezzy was very helpful. She knew what I was after and found me exactly what I wanted. Also walked me through the return process. I strongly recommend to see her for quick and right solution. Good work girl!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really sad about my experience in this Glassons, had at least 4 staff standing around doing absolutely nothing and not talking to my friends and I when we came in. I accidentally dropped a pile of sweaters looking for my size and got no help, I was so embarrassed and wanted to put everything I was going to buy back. I’m sure at least one person witnessed, I tried to say “hey” to one of the staff to apologise and ask for help but she just scowled at me. When I did end up making a purchase the manager was really nice but not a single other person talked to me the entire time, bit slack when there’s more staff than customers in the store.

I found the Staff very friendly and helpful.
Stopped what they were doing to help.
I felt like a welcomed valued customer.
The manager was able to give great advice and had good product knowledge.
Would definetly reccomend and will be back. Thanks team Hornby.?
