★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into the outlet store to buy boots and shoes, staff too busy chatting to each other to notice I had several pairs of shoes/boots in front of me (couldnt find my size....was obvious). Its a pity because Merrell has a good reputation overseas. Seriously bad service....i walked out and went to a different brand, have not looked back. #salomon
