★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had these guys in to replace a side window. They didn't bother to alert us that it would be a good idea to put a drop sheet down to cover our furniture or floor, before they started. Therefore the glass and shards flew everywhere when it was smashed inwards from the outside. Leaving a great mess over everything, for us to clean up. Good tip - tell them to clean it up before they walk off.
