β β β β β One of the worst Rest home donβt send your loved ones/ family members here , staff members are rude bunch and Management is shocking and often very condescending and unapologetic.
Understaffed mostly, staff members remains abusive towards residents and their family members and visitors , quality and standards needs to be reviewed closely ....
No one picks up the main line phone ..
Cold , untidy and dirty rooms & corridors.

β β β β β This place is filthy and disgusting! Dirty! Even the neighbours next door advised to take mum out! They wonβt take care of our loved ones properly.
Staff are rude! I couldnβt even visit my mother! I had to cry for mum from outside the window!
No remorse from the Nurse Golma that works there
Was advised by owner Jesma werenβt allowed to visit due to COVID. Come to find out others have been visiting the whole time. Disgusting place! Looks like people just go there to die,
