I was greated warmly as I was waiting outside, then taken for an update on my records (first two jabs were abroad), very compassionate lady injected me the vaccine and as I was waiting 15 mins for my clearance post vax, I was offered sweets, water and to upload my vaccine passport on my phone.
Wow ??
My husband went today and got the same service. Way to go guys. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're isolating because my daughter has Covid. We're physically, mentally and emotionally stretched. I've ordered some RAT kit for the household and was calling to ask for the process. I'd appreciate if the person on the phone would be a bit empathetic. Unfortunately the experience was the opposite.
