★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very specifically asked for ketostix. The pharmacist gave me another product which he said was the same thing evendors after I reiterated I wanted urinalysis strips. I went out to the car and opened the box only to find what he had sold me was blood testing strips to be used with a meter. He refused to give me my money back as the box was open.
I know I described what I needed accurately right down to the brand name and I specified urinalysis strips. He got it wrong. Now I'm $25 out of pocket with a product I can't use. I suppose im lucky I didnt take a prescription in to be filled. Goodness knows what he would have dispensed. Will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this pharmacy a few times for health reasons and everytime I have had incredibly informative advice from the same a sales assistant. It is great to be served by someone who genuinely knows what they are talking about and is kind and friendly at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say I'm pretty disappointed by this pharmacy. Its my main one and my favourite although this was one of two pharmacies in the same day to ask me to wear a mask when I have a mask exemption. Its for chronic asthma. The exemptions are for people who struggle with masks. If covid hits the bay again I will wear a mask and struggle. Until then I'd like to be served and not looked at like I'm a virus. Its upsetting and degrading. Just follow the DPA guidelines please
