β β β β β Got my hair done here last week after not going to a hairdressers for a few years, I was in desperate need of a makeover! GLO did an awesome job, made me feel comfortable and at ease when I usually find being at the hairdressers a bit awkward. So happy with my balayage and cut, will definitely be coming back!

β β β β β Fabulous salon and team. Maria has worked colour wonders with my hair, and is also a fabulous stylist, as is Megan. I can't recommend the team highly enough! You feel so welcomed, and it's a lovely relaxed salon to enjoy watching the world go by, and take part in the friendly banter from the team.

β β β β β Having had long hair for most of my life, the decision to get it cut short was not one I took lightly. I found a style I liked and based on reviews put my hair in the hands of Sarah at Glo. Sarah said the cut/style would be perfect for my type of hair and she promised me I would love it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Shampoo, conditioning treatment, scalp massage, cut, blow-dry, straightened and styled...over an hour of pampering.. absolute value for money. I left the salon feeling thrilled with my new style (so much more than just a haircut). Sarah showed me different ways I could style my hair. I waited a day to post review, thinking that maybe I would feel different with my "wake-up morning hair", but it was so easy to style. I love it! After 3 years living in Wellington, I have finally found my new hairdresser. Thank you!

β β β β β I've been seeing Tara for a few month now and she is hands down the best and most professional hairdresser I have seen for such a long time. She was willing to take on my dark, box dyed and naturally voluminous hair and do an ombre on me. She always does an amazing job and she never pushes my hair to breaking point. She also offers great advice to keep my hair in healthy condition at the same time. She is so lovely and kind and does an amazing job, everytime I leave feeling fantastic!

β β β β β My hair appointment felt rushed and left me with an uneven haircut that I was upset with and had to go back and get fixed which I also felt was rushed. I went here because the reviews were so good but I personally don't reccomend Glo.
