Here at Gluten Free 4U we are dedicated to making and selling a wide range of great tasting products that are 100% free from gluten as well as being free from other allergens where possible.

We believe that people with Coeliacs Disease and gluten intolerance, as well as other dietary allergies shouldn’t be limited in the range of food they can buy. We also think that just because food a food is free of certain allergens, it doesn’t mean it can’t taste awesome.

To make products that are allergy-friendly focusing specifically on Gluten Allergies and Intolerances (including Coeliac).

It is our goal to provide high quality Gluten-Free products made from the best ingredients that are great tasting, have a high nutritional content and are priced at a fair market value.

OUR MISSION

The mission for Gluten Free 4u (Panama Bakery) is about more than great food. Above all, we are dedicated to creating a safe and gratifying environment so compelling, our customers feel safe eating our food and wish to continue purchasing it knowing it is totally Gluten Free along with tasting great. We will continue to provide a great basic menu while trying out different items to give you a great variety. Exceptional food is our way of life.

By continuing to conduct ourselves with the utmost integrity and by anticipating the best interest of our valued customers we will ensure our company’s success is certain.

Put simply, our website and café shop are Gluten Free Heaven.

We make a lot of our products ourselves in our in-house gluten free bakery. Taste is paramount in everything we make, and quality ingredients and passion are how we achieve this.

When we find products from other manufacturers that meet our requirements for being gluten and other allergen free, tasting great, and being good for you, we stock and sell those too.

While we started out focussing on gluten free products (and we still don’t sell anything contacting gluten), we soon realised that our products ticked boxes as being free from other allergens too. These include gluten free products that are also:

· Egg free

· Onion free and Garlic free

· Nut free

· Sugar free

· Soy free

When you browse our website, you’ll see rolling pin icons that tell you which allergens each product is free from, or you can choose a category of products that are gluten free and also don’t contain the other ingredient you are allergic to or don’t like to include in your diet.
