โ โ โ โ โ Well where do I start was with Go car for 3 years. Please don't ever think you are the best Finance company YOU'RE NOT. I was so glad to clear the loan off. I never missed one payment with this company the Interest is way to HIGH. Best to go through your bank or look around people other cheaper rates out there once I got the chance well money $17k BOOM this company was the first on my list to get rid of funny I seen other people with you they missed a payment you are on there case STRAIGHT away
Trying to make contact with you to get the device removed from my vehicle hard to get a hold of haha
Your customer service Reps or loan managers ? I have dealt with over time WORSE ENGLISH EVER. 1 guy sounded like he didn't even want to be there

โ โ โ โ โ DO NOT USE.. I dealt with them and between them and the dealership my loan documents were fraudulently signed and my loan application went from $8000 to $160000. You wait atleast 20 minutes on the phone to speak to a consultant and they are nor very helpful. They don't want to help you with your concerns and they come across as they cant be bothered. Only time they care is when payment isn't made. Then they quick to switch off your vehicle. BEWARE OF THEM AND ADVISE YOUR DEALERSHIP NOT TO USE THEM.

โ โ โ โ โ The only reason I am giving a 2 star is because of one of the team members from the application team who was helpfull. Got a loan with them 5 yes back 30% interest 29.99% to exact. Then decided to refinance at approved of 19.99%. The vehicle had issues and the dealership refunded the money back to go car. The car needed a new engine and turbo however the dealer ship worked amazingly. We have been in lock down and I was still charged for interest and had to reapply. I was then declined this time and than approved after dean got involved. I applied with a different finance company and was approved 13.99% 0 deposit. I strongly recommend shop around for finance company's. The members of the loan management team could only partially answer my enquiries no direct answers though so I just decided to leave.

Called waited online for almost an hour and finally spoke to someone who didnt even say their name and then after taking details get put us on hold again which took us back to the end of the line with a estimated hold time of 48mins. When I started clearly that it was urgent! Such rude customer service! So quick to ask for payment but very slow to respond to customers that actually have been very loyal to them

โ โ โ โ โ The worst call centre I've dealt with. The so called 'Managers' are rude, not willing to help and very abrupt. Dealing with them on behalf of my Father and if I were you, I would not bother with this business.

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly, do not go with this company!! Steer far, far away from this company as you can. Every single call I have had with this company, the staff are rude, not helpful and have disrespectful attitudes! Itโs like talking to a teenager that has backchat rather than a professional. They donโt listen to what you are saying. I find myself having to repeat myself on a weekly basis because they havenโt communicated properly within their team with things I have called them about previously. It feels I am Constantly on hold and repeating myself within their team.
