★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to the wonderful staff, really appreciate you accommodating us even though we were super late due to the unexpected protests on the bridge. I’m only giving a 4 star rating not 5 because the choice of food being just subway platters are really not great for kids parties. Adding additional options to order from or allowing bringing in own food would be much better.

The tall man with beige skin and glasses shows bad attitude to customers. How come he is still employed? It would be more logically correct to dismiss him for hospitality's sake.
Games are expensive and only last a short while, say 1 minute. And the ticket payouts are not generous enough... At least I enjoyed the Alien Invasion game.
Edit: Yes I can assure I am commentating on the correct business. I am referring to a male employee, looks like Asian, wearing glasses. He had worked at Timezone Queen Street (where Burger King was, Timezone was located downstairs) years ago before it closed down, and had the same condescending attitude towards customers even back then. He hadn't changed much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much better than the Howick Timezone 2 levels of games, and you don't get those guys who hog the main games like the driving simulator and dance game.
Parking is not too bad on the weekend the public parking is only $5 for 12 hours which is awesome.
Definitely try it the kids will love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our daughters 8th birthday here and it could not have gone any smoother! The manager Sam was very informative and easy to deal with throughout. It was our party hosts first day but you'd never know, she did a great job. All the kids thoroughly enjoyed their time.. I mean, who doesn't love the arcade? Overall, will happily return and pass on good feedback to friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Timezone Newmarket is a great fun place for kids and adults. They've got wide variety of games to play. Staff are super friendly and were there always for any help. Our kids and their friends had great time. Not to forget about the Subway sandwiches. They were so fresh and sumptuous and all guests relished the food. Thanks guys!
