★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanya, who seems to hold the keys to a number of great looking properties for holiday let in Martiniborough, isn't great on the customer service front. If your property is with this company, I would ask for an update of booking requests as she declines the bookings without the small, yet usual step (for those in the service industry) of offering to find a solution elsewhere. Many properties available for the weekend that we are looking, but rude declines in response. Interesting. A shame.
