OVER PRICED & DISHONEST!!! UPDATE: I'm not the only customer for which they use the line - "We can't find you in our records" Seems to be a common thread when they get a bad review!!! See all the reviews below about OVERCHARGING and lying about hours worked. UPDATE: DISGRACEFUL THAT THEY RESORT TO LYING! ALLSO I'M SORRY, BUT HAVING PREVIOUS HAPPY CLIENTS DOES NOT MEAN ALL YOUR WORK WILL BE GREAT. THE PLUMBER THAT PERFORMED THE TASKS ON MY JOB WAS HIGHLY INADEQUATE AND YOU IGNORED MY REQUESTS TO INSPECT AND REPAIR! THEY ALSO MENTION IN THEIR RESPONSE ABOUT ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS. WHAT ABOUT THE REVIEWS THAT SUPPORT MY REVIEW. See Sophie Ball, Nigel B, Jo DM, Michael Moore just to name a few. Their response states they have no record of the job but then go on to mention they are surprised I review them 8 YEARS after the job, so they clearly know which job it is. I also explained to them why I only reviewed now but they chose to ignore that. I could not find any avenue to review them at the time. Also they did not request an Invoice number nor did I say I was unable to do this. I simply got the job fixed by someone else as at the Manager of GO WITH THE FLOW did not fix the job after 2 requests! 2.5k to install 2 toilets. Totally over priced and in top of that I was charged for many parts that were never used!!! The plumber was disgraceful and kept driving back and forth to Plumbing World for which I was not only charged and exuberant fee each time but also paid a 100% markup on the plumbing world prices. Absolutely ripped off. Spoke to manager who said he would take a look but never showed and instead sent someone 2 months later to finish the job and had no idea. Never heard from manager again despite calling twice. After posting an unfavourable review on their Facebook page, they disable reviews. Obviously they are only interested in favourable reviews. Have been contacted in June 22 by someone claiming they would’ve fixed the issue had they known. Given I spoke to the manager at the time the issue arose, I find this simply to be a totally hollow response on their part. Would not recommend this completely OVER PRICED DISHONEST organisation. Disgraceful!!! I'm sorry you don't appreciate the review, however, this is why reviews are available to customers, honest organisations accept that and don't go to the extent of disabling reviews because 1 is not favourable.

We would like to thank Keith for his professionalism and knowledge in regards to our dilemma, you quickly diagnosed the fault along with some shonky workmanship by the original gas fitter we employed, your photos and explanations along the way keeping us informed was invaluable,you sourced the correct parts and installed asap,hopefully we have the problem sorted, We will definitely use Keith and the boys from Go with the flow no hesitations in recommending them to others KEITH YOU ARE THE MAN Cheers Les

Great service, came to do a quote, and then did the job on the spot after I accepted. Under sink water filter installation. No fuss, fast and professional.

This is the second time I have used Go with the Flow, this was only a small job, last time was about 5 years ago, where by Mathew install a new vanity and also other jobs.. Think the company is very good and I will continue using them, if and when I have a problem.

Excellent service and a wealth of knowledge that's good to see. Keith and Thomas both were involved in installing my gas top, however it was not straightforward as they found a leak of gas under the house. Thank goodness they were able to locate exactly where the leak was as this could have been very costly if I had to replace all the gas pipes. I couldn't speak more highly of them and their work ethic. tess

We wanted to sort out our storm water drainage issues. Go with the flow provided a very detailed quote and excellent communication during the planning stages. Really looking forward to getting the work done soon.

We had a leaking gutter that needed some clips reattached plus other small plumbing maintenance jobs around the house. From booking the job to completion GWTF plumbing were impressive communicated well and knowledgeable. Great to finally find a dependable plumbing company as a landlord not based in Wellington I can use.

We had some gutter/spouting repairs needed at our property in Levin which had come up during a pre-purchase inspection. As we had a tight timeframe, we were keen to get the job done as quickly as possible. Very professional person answered the phone and logged my job. This gave me reassurance that my job wouldn't be 'lost in the system.' I was then phoned shortly after 8am the following day by Matt. I really felt that Matt took the time to understand what I was wanting done. He said he would attend the property that morning and by around 9.30am a quote was in my inbox. Shortly after I accepted the quote, Matt then said that he would likely have time that same day to complete the job. I was more than happy for this to happen and I heard from Matt that evening shortly after 5pm to say that the job had been completed. Outstanding service and we were blown away by the professional, fast and friendly service that we received. Thanks so much, I would highly recommend Go with the flow.
