★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Tineco stick vac today!!!! Omg!! I am so glad Ali ( I think his name was) talked me into it! I seriously think it has changed my life!! Best money I’ve ever spent!!!! I’m running out of things to vacuum! I’ve even done the shutters with it! It is the business!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been wanting to get a new vacuum for months and did some research and found a brand I thought I would like. I have cats and got to actually test how the vacuum would behave with animal hair on the carpet. I actually ended up getting something different than I had in mind because it had better suction and versatility. Was very happy with my encounter and purchase there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Hoover tiel in colour about 5 years ago. First the lengthening facility went. This was replaced but the same problem occurred quite quickly again. The shop person was not interested and said it was no longer under warranty the vacuum cleaner may not have been but on reflection the part was. Since then other the connection with the suction foot went, so a new hose. Then the wire was loose in the suction foot. I had it repaired and waited 2-3 weeks. The wrong part was put on and now I am still waiting, from 24 May still do not have it. :-( The shop person is not interested in supporting me at all, very poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased various cleaners from this shop. We got the top Hoover with the power head. The hose for the power head failed after a number of years of use. I ordered another hose months ago & have followed up a number of times. I to have found the Chinese person I was dealing with very unhelpful. I want this sorted out. I am paying for a replacement so where is the problem. The store used to be a lot better. My advice would be to shop elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to check out vacuum cleaner ended up with a bagless one I love it great suction minimal blockages work here x2 will 10litre canister recommend this one $250 well spent on price. Staff member was very helpful allowed us to sample the vac first big selection on site plenty of parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience *do not buy* they will give you the run around with faulty vacuums. We bought our Vac. Blew up 2 days later, no exchange nothing. Gets sent off only to be told tomorrow or 3 days time. Have to keep chasing up. And we are still waiting. Had to buy a second vacuum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a titan 2000 bagless vacuum from them, a month later the turbo head stopped working, took it in and they said they had to send it away rather than just replace it. After 1st lockdown went back in as I never heard from them again.
Said they couldn't find any record of it but offered a second hand one otherwise I'd have to wait for them to follow up on my replacement.
I said I'd wait.
A year later still no word and now that the standard head has fallen apart also I decided to call again and try my luck.
They said-after 10 minutes of saying there was no record- that there actually was a record and my turbo head had already been replaced.
Absolute bs.
