★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from these guys. Recently bought a new bass guitar and amp from them. very knowledgeable and non judgy, like some musos shops. Ended going for a cheaper guitar than i had my eye on based on their advice and they weren't wrong. They threw in a lead and gig bag as a package. My go to shop from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. A week ago, I asked a sales person help to buy a Yamaha blue tooth adapter, he confirmed me that model is not included a MIDI cable. So I have to wait to see the product( they need to book from other store). During this week, the price suddenly increased from 99.00 to 119.00, but no one ring me to tell this change. When the product is arrived, the gentleman told me he is wrong, I am right. There is a cable. However, when I tried to confirm the price, he told me I need to pay 119.00 in lieu of 99.00. Because the sales person gave me the wrong information, the client need pay more. Do you think it make any sense. Following the sales’s response” All Yamaha product increased 20%”, I checked the price from Aussie and US, I do not see any increasing from there. Also, this product is a old model, not a new one just imported, please any one tell me a reason why the price changed? I suggest this company change name to “ Money work”. I will not buy anything from this shop. As their really disgusting service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager was extremely rude to us and made my daughter feel very unwelcomed.We had come there to finalize buying a product, Also the manager was scanning us from top to bottom for a product/brand and questioning his staff on the product we bought from the neighboring music shop, which was not cool. Hope you guys are a little more customer focused than being arrogant around kids.
