They also seem to have frequent sales.
I chose click and collect yet one of the staff members Rick offered to drop my carpet shampooer off on his way home from work!! I was impressed and appreciated the highly personalised service from the staff at Godfrey's Hornby.
I highly encourage visiting there.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Excellent product knowledge and wide range of products. Sales staff are not pushy and listen to your requirements asking relevant questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else or recommend anywhere else if needing anything to do with carpet cleaning/ vacuum cleaning appliances. Just bought a carpet shampoo appliance today and have bought a vacuum cleaner there too in the past which still works well. 100/100 rating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent over the phone customer service. For a while, I'm trying to find a mop head that Godfreys are not stocking anymore. Called all over the country. As soon the staff know what I was looking for they would not give any help. Called Rick and he tried his best to help me find the product or where to look for it. Very calm, respectful and professionally helped me. This is the kind of service we were used to in NZ which is sadly disappearing.
