★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given more stars, if I could . Lovely staff they have here in this store, they go extra mile for every customer. Keep up the good work guys. My family family house is a lot healthier now , i am glad I bit the bullet. God Bless, My daughter sleeps a lot better now, and her asthma is a lot controlled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to buy a vacuum. I was fed up with my Dyson and Miele too expensive over last 5 years. Didn't want to spend more than a $100 this time. Lovely sales lady showed me sauber. I have been using it for 2 years now. No complains. Picks up dog hair like crazy. And my carpet is so much softer now.
Vacuum was a bit pricey. But worth it. Now I am off to buying a steam mop tomorrow.

Well here it goes!!
I wanted to test out this thing.its a tube that goes on your lux.
Omg it’s amazing, I don’t have to buy Bags ANYMORE!!!!
Great staff to deal with. Happy to go extra mile to help, seems like they really like to solve the root cause of the problem.
Now I don’t have to buy bags at all!!! Earlier I was changing my filter after every six months, now I don’t do that either.
Thanks for your suggestions, and help me saving lots of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reluctantly went to Godfrey's today to get a carpet cleaner, reluctantly because every time I go in I get someone trying to sell me something more expensive and I walk out with nothing today I walked in and asked kimar for the carpet cleaner on special. He went straight out the back and got it. Then I asked for the shampoo which he was able to get me to buy the bigger bottle for an extra 10dollars. This I was happy about. I was really impressed today. Thanks Kumar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great place, what great staff, i cant believe someone can go through such an effort. I loved the indian girl, she has a lots of knowledge, what i liked most was she was honest, yes i did spend a lot more than i thought i would, because i thought they only had cheap vacuums. But I guess you only get what you pay for !!!
Highly recommend them not only one person, everyone there is great, they do have real vacuums there.
Soo much happy with my hoover powerhead!! And my steam cleaner, i will be back for a new carpet shampooer soon.

A great bunch of people, super friendly and well informed. The cute ginger guy sold me an Allergy and am just so impressed with how nice my carpet feels after every use. 10/10 would shop with again, keep it up guys.

When we went to Godfreys, people there knew how their products work, their capacity and feature well, supporting us to choose an option that works for us. Excellent customer service and great product. We bought a Deebot Ezmo T8.

Melissa listened to what I wanted, pointed me in the right direction, and answered ALL my questions. I left with a Tineco and it has completely lived up to expectations and beyond. I previously had a Dyson - this one is superior in every way! Awesome customer service from Melissa, and an awesome product - thank you so much!
