★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered item online that said product was instore so went for click and collect.THEN had to pay$3 to collect Then had to wait 2 and a half days before i could collect.POOR service if u ask me.would of been better paying extra$2 to get delivered and probably would of received it the same time.No one else seems to charge for click and collect only briscoes who advertise about their low prices but seem to want to squeeze every cent out of consumers who have to pay for gas etc to go collect it.get ur click and collect service sorted briscoes I wont be buying stuff from your stores again.click and collect should be free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful and considerate. Today I came from out of town to stay with my mum, the lid had broken off her zip jug. I took it back to briscoes Timaru, where she had purchased it last year in the Queens birthday sale. There was no way I could trace the purchase details.
After a bit of a chat between staff members and the manager they swapped my mother's treasured green kettle for a brand new one.
Well done team, great customer service.
