Was in the shop actively looking for a vacuum cleaner and the even after prompting the shop assistant multiple times that I was interested, he ignored coming over and helping and went and helped a lady who walked in after me.
Godfrey's.... God no. IllI purchase from Harvey Normans instead.

He is so professional, down to earth, great product knowledge and took the time to show us every product we were looking at in store. I honestly came in only wanting to spend as little as possible on a steam mop, but he was that great of a salesperson I ended up spending $700 on a new vacuum and steam mop! and it was worth it, and I don't usually spend money on many things, so it shows how good how Dan is at his job. I have never come across a more excellent sales person. Give that man a raise! Great job godfreys,

Its been a great vacuum and the service was above and beyond when I took it back over a year later with an issue. I didn't catch her name but the lady in there is really friendly and helpful. Will absolutely shop here again.
