★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased kitchen equipment a year ago which I love and received good service. Was advised to take the extra product replacement insurance, which I did.
Have since moved to Auckland and during the move lost my receipt etc. I called head office customer care and 3 times they said that noting could be done to find the receipt other than me finding it in my credit card statements. (That account closed too) Called the NP branch and spoke to a lady Catherine (sorry if wrong spellin) and she was so helpful and took the time to go through systems and find my receipt for me. Called me back a bit later to say she had found it and and will send it to me. I can now replace my item which I damaged. Really awesome service and went out of her way to fix my misfortune. Thank you!!!!

Could have extended customer service by advising which one for router rather than accessing his phone. Overall, experience not too bad.

In their defence (stockwise) they had just had a big, long weekend of specials. Salesperson was apologetic & very quick 2 assist. Store clean & tidy
