β β β β β We have had terrific help and service from Ryan at Godfreys. The whole team is helpful. We have 6 dogs, not alot of budget due to same 6 dogs lol. Ryan took us through our options and the decision was ours. The vacuum we bought is superb. Our son went to Ryan for help with his machine. In this case, he was thrilled because Ryan was able to help him get the necessary parts and service for his machine and correct the erroneous info he was given Welington way. Thanks guys.

β β β β β Stunning/excellent service! I went in yesterday with my 5 year old Hoover vacuum that had a few problems. Was dealt with straight away, 1 fault was fixed immediately at no charge, the other problem they explained they could send it away or that I could easily arrange/fix myself.
Very professional and courteous staff. Great service!

β β β β β Went to get a vacuum, talked into a piece of rubbish (titan 2000). Had it 5 months and has packed up for a second time. Turbo head has jammed for a 2nd time, back filter either whistles loudly or blows off, another filter has disintegrated, you need to clean it out after each use and hope that the center piece doesn't come out as it will spill dust everywhere, not to mention the center piece always gets blocked causing suction to decrease and they will not take the machine back. told me it has to go to the service department and could take 2 weeks before I get it back or get a refund (which is what I want). Will definitely be looking elsewhere for a new vacuum.

β β β β β I'm a bit mind blown by the high quality l service I received from Ryan in the Palmerston North Godfreys store. I took in a vacuum that I thought was destined for the bin and Ryan was able to repair every issue on the machine for a very small fee. He was extremely honest and knowledgeable. I now have a near new vacuum back up and running. He could have easily unsold a new vacuum but he convinced me to get the old one repaired and I couldn't be happier! Thanks Ryan!!
