★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just the worst manager. Blamed me the customer and no room for compromise or any effort to resolve. Had the attitude that I'm wrong so tough luck. Apparently putting in the discount code is insufficient to get the promoted discount. After my experience I will never go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were friendly and helpful but found the food and drinks expensive. The burgers were big (which I expected for the price) and filling. I felt that for customers dining in plates should have been available. A 330 ml bottle of coke is $5 and the eggs were about an extra $3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Basic, kid-sized chicken burger (Forget the name of it sorry.) great value. Best seasoned chicken burger I have had - Bear in mind I have been to KFC and Burger King often - and chocolate milkshake I also ordered tasted of real cocoa, not a chemical compound! Awesome effort guys! Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I ordered for my family as it was my birthday I was supposed to get a free burger for VIB birthday according to my email. After ordering they then declare I was only getting the cheaper burger for free which was for my young daughter. So my burger of $15 was not free. Only my daughters was. Hers was $7.
This was very important to let the customer know in advance not when there's a line of people behind making you feel obliged due to the wait. Not wanting to cancel and start over. As if I knew what I would of done was paid for my kids meals separately. Ended up still paying $45! That's without drinks as with drinks would of been an additional $5pp adding to $60. Not a cheap birthday present for me and my kids after all. Highly disappointed. The food on the other hand was well made and nicely presented. Tasty, so I guess that makes up for something but not good customer service on honesty. Please be up front sooner. There is nothing to state what you said in store on the email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome food. But you get what you pay for, and they are a little pricey. But In saying that, they are gorgeous, yummy and big...comparing them to "other" burger ? Joints these "could be" better tasting, but that all comes down to ones individual prefence. These burgers would actually decompose unlike some other unmentioned burgers from some other burger outlets, If you actually wanted to throw this burger on to someone's roof, at least the birds would actually eat it a burger fuel one. Oh and just double check your order ✅

Chicken Poppers are sooooo yum usually they come with sauce but I had to share with a fussy kid. Next time I won't be sharing ?
