The staff are so welcoming everytime you step foot in the store whether you are bringing items back for a clean or buying more pieces of jewelry. Nothing but 5 star service here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When buying my engagement ring a few months ago, my fiance and I went to every other jeweler in Hamilton and were always left disappointed due to price, lack of variety, and not being taken seriously as we're a younger couple on a budget. The Goldsmiths Gallery was a complete contrast - the team treated us incredibly respectfully and patiently as we came in several times over the period of a week to look at a ring they had in store. They changed the band from gold to white gold with no fuss, and we ended up with a stunning sapphire and diamond ring, a great surprise as we thought we'd have to go with a cheaper stone after seeing prices in other stores. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality bespoke jewelry from a skilled and friendly team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! We wanted something special and kiwi made for our engagement ring, and we stumbled upon them. When we went, lindsay was just so awesome in explaining everything, from gold, other materials, gemstones to diamond grading. Super patient, super lovely and super kind. We decided to custom make it and again, she is as super supportive- we decided on a design ring, we discussed (and made great suggestions) and she drew it up the CAD and we ordered it. Just got proposed to today and it was absolutely gorgeous! Everything to perfection, no regrets and it all came with proper certification. Couldn't have asked/dreamed for a better jeweller ?♥️ thank God! We will get our wedding bands here too ?
