★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible finish. I went in and got acrylics and they wouldn't let me go any shorter and then the nail polish smudged an hour later after being in the dryer for 15 minutes. Would never go here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Chartwell Store this weekend. Very disappointing to see ladies talking loudly in they language and it seemed like they were fighting and one time I felt they were talking about the customers. The nail polish are old and dry, most colours aren’t even available. Some staff at the counter are rude. Very unprofessional.

Super friendly staff here. They did a wonderful job with my pedi and nails. 1 lady I'd like to thank and review is Kanya/Kamya (so sorry, unsure if it was an n or m). You're an amazing nail tech/person and the amount of care you put into getting my nails just the way I wanted made me feel so valued as a customer. You did such an amazing job that you're now who I'm coming to for my nails. Don't get me wrong, the other staff were super friendly and helpful too. This lady just stood out for me.
She told myself and a friend of a time where, just before closing time, a nurse, who had just returned from holiday, had rushed in asking to have her nails removed. They told her they were just about to close and to come back the following day. The nurse, frantic, then stated that she'd likely lose her job and asked if they could please help her. Well ladies and gents, my new nail tech, Kanya/Kamya, stayed on after closing time to help this nurse out.
You are a superstar. Thank you, thank you, thank you. To the reader of my review, if you're considering professionail then I highly recommend Kanya/Kamya (again so so sorry for not knowing the correct spelling).
See you in 4 weeks.
P.s. 1 suggestion, would be awesome to know our techs names. Name badges go a long way. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went here bc i heard it was good but GIRL LISTEN TO ME IT WAS LITERALLY THE WORST I HAD TO WAIT FOR SOOOOO LONG N THEN THE LADY DIDNT EVEN FILE TJE NAILS TO SHAPE IT WAS SO UNEVEN AND THE DESIGN- OB MY HOD THEY DOD HORRIBLE IT LOOKS NOTTHHINGGF LIKE WHAT I ASKED FOR OR WHAT I SHOWED THEM N THEH DIDNT EVN PAINT MY NAKLS PROPERLY SO U CAN STOLL SEE MY REAL NATURAL NAIL. N I WAS SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED N GHE WORST PARY IS TJAT THEY CHARGED ME $82, 82 foR SOMETHING EVEN A CHILD XOULD DO A BETTER JOB AT. SAVW UR MONEY N GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY SUCKKKKKK. IM SO MAD I WANT A REFUND MY NAILS ARE HIDEOUAw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience but was clear when I visited, that others did not. One service representative kept taking customers in and making them wait. Like doing one hand then jumping to another customer, so they couldn't leave till it was done. They were heavily understaffed and was clear the person doing my nails had not had good training. My rep was super pleasant and kind, but gave me quite misshapen nails and did not know manicure process. I was not impressed to pay full price for what I got. I feel bad for the person who did my nails because it was clear it was not their fault they had limited experience and knowledge.
There are some very talented and hardworking staff there but I'm not convinced that one particular person's process and leadership was effective or delivered a good experience to customers.
The lady next to me had her nails started 45 mins before I arrived and was there at least another 45mins after. We discussed her wait time when the person in question left to start someone else's nails.
