★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gongcha Somerville, They make very good tea, love the Milk green tea with white pearl and best thing they close at 10pm. Great place to get a good cup of milk bubble tea. And the manager is very kind and friendly. Had great services from them today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have a rude staff at 11:00am in Tuesday. I ordered a milk tea then he make it very fast then the result was awful and he didn't put any bubble on it. I should have drink water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not really a Gongcha NZ lover anymore as I do not find the Gongcha in NZ is very responsible or motivated to provide quality service. As a regular bubble tea customer, I am really impressed at GONGCHA Takapuna. I find this store to be the most consistent and most responsible GONGCHA in the whole entire country. I will say this with full confidence GONGCHA Takapuna represents the brand “GONGCHA” very well and ST GROUP does not represent the brand “GONGCHA” very well. This is the only GONGCHA in NZ that actually brew happiness. This store deserves all credit to GONGCHA’s success in New Zealand. I have seen a variety of people from different countries coming to this store, it is good to see bubble tea growing and more and more people enjoying this beverage.
