★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly understaffed on the checkout counters. Please understand that if people choose to self serve, that not everyone wants to use cards. Irritating that there was not one ‘cash option’ self serve checkout available, and only one employee at the checkout, during a very busy time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to new world there and bort a salard and it was a day out from its use by date the women there said they was going to throw it in the bin so I bort it a a discount price then I went back and the security there had a moan at me trespassed me for 2 years over it that mall is overrated big time same with the supermarket I'm homelesss and hate foods been wasted now I'm banned from the mall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry, but really disappointed. The filled rolls from the deli were stale, as was the bread I purchased. Also, the best before date on the milk suggested it had been there for quite some time prior to me purchasing it. Having said that, the steak was very good, so there is that. You're going to have to provide fresher options if you want people to make this a regular place for them to come to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just shopped my little heart out. It's always spotless and clean. Love the range. Wish there was more room. It can be difficult maneuvering between racks ( especially if you have more than an armful of products)
