The more time I spent talking to her, going through practical exercises and connecting with my internal dialogue (something I didn’t know how to do before the coaching sessions!), the more I noticed my mindset shifting. Mary-Anne really encourages you to question why you do things and take proactive steps to build your confidence and a positive mindset.
