★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean store with friendly staff. Good selection of bulk dried fruits (they have dried mango no sugar!), nuts, and flours. Several gluten free varieties available. Dried pastas smell fresh, not stale. Treats and fruit leathers are tasty. Only one small problem: the conditioner refill we got smelled like the oils had gone rancid. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leading the way for zero waste / reduced plastics. This is a stunning store with friendly staff and a great variety of products to suit all dietary requirements. If you get in early enough you can buy a loaf of the best sourdough too (smoked rye all the way!). They accept all BYO jars, bottles and bread bags. Also have a nice loyalty scheme. I'm just waiting for package free potato crisps now ; )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the philosophy behind your shop! So great to see shops like this appearing more and more. But, and it's a big BUT, the prices are crazily expensive!! I usually shop at Cornucopia in Hawkes Bay and they are able to run a very successful and similar business with way cheaper prices! GoodFor is definitely not for everyday shopping ??

However, I concur with the other reviewers, the prices are absolutely crazy.
While Bin Inn might not be as well presented, the prices are reasonable, which makes it better suited to every day essentials.
There are some wonderful treats here, but be prepared to pay for the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to buy a loaf of bread on sunday morning. shop was shut but girl was putting bread in window, saw me, unlocked door and i said i wanted a sourdough load, she said we open in 5 mins and closed the door, what a shocking service and will never go back, if it was good enough to open the door to talk to me she could have served me. wake up retailers
