Not only she is responsive and efficient, but also she takes care of things proactively before they become issues. She makes decisions or suggestions from both tenants and owners’s point of view, which very well helps with good relations among all parties. Sue has excellent professional skills and great passion for what she is doing. She also helped me when I needed advice to grow investment portfolio.
