We would have no hesitation in recommending him to both Landlords as their Property Manager and to potential Tenants looking for that new rental to call "home".
As Landlords, we have been very well looked after by Ben, and enjoy his cheerful manner, is very reliable, has great communication skills, PLUS he has an excellent rapport with our many Tenants.

Their selection of tenants has been great, and I haven't had any problems, in fact my last tenants were there for 11 years. Replacing them was handled by my manager Lauren, this was done very efficiently. Her confident bright cheerful manner was amazing and very helpful in decision making. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda and the Team at Taylor Property Services Ray White have been our property managers for our rental properties in Auckland. They have always been professional, honest, reasonable, and very fair in our dealings with regards to our properties and our tenants. Amanda has been excellent in finding quality tenants, performing routine property checks, obtaining quotes for maintenance work, checking on workmanship, assisting us with Healthy Homes Assessments and where necessary arranging for the upgrading of our properties to comply with recently introduced legislation.
Amanda provides us with excellent quarterly inspection reports including good images of the property and appropriate recommendations for any future maintenance that may be required. Amanda works with our recommended tradespeople as well as Taylor Property’s registered list of tradespeople to provide a prompt efficient service (to the tenants) at fair price to us the landlord. We like to keep our properties in a very tidy condition and Amanda will highlight any future or potential maintenance issues as soon as they are known enabling us to forward plan and schedule the work to be done.
The Monthly Property Rental Statements are received on a timely fashion. Amanda and the Team at Taylor Property Services Ray White deposit rental income into our bank account on time and their rental schedules feed seamlessly into our financial systems. We have no hesitation in recommending Amanda and the Team at Taylor Property Services Ray White to landlords and tenants. If you want less stress with the management of a rental, Amanda and Taylor Property Services Ray White Parnell are definitely the “Go to Team”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda Greenwood has been the best property manager I have rented with. Any issues that have come up she has them resolved as soon as possible; often within the day. She’s always quick to reply back to any queries and always stays onto with communication. I’ve been renting with her for almost 3 years and if I was able to would have loved to continue renting with her until buying my first home. Good property managers can be hard to come by so Im so thankful that I’ve been able to have her as long as I have. Could not recommend her enough!
