★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 藍莓場常因為下雨或是太熱停工，表訂七點上班但時常因為晨露太濕延後上班，也有可能上沒多久又因為太熱下班了，一天工時還滿短的，通常中午就太熱不能摘了，但有時會告知可以去除草賺時數。摘藍莓有兩種計價方式，一是計件，公司會設定一公斤多少錢，摘越多賺越多，但若達不到最低薪資則是補足最低薪資給你，除了8%holiday pay還會額外給錢，每個人都不同，按比例給，薪水越高給的就越多。當時計價方式很奇怪，水果多一小時可以摘至少10公斤的狀況下時一公斤3元，但後來沒果有時一整條row可能一小時只能摘不到5公斤卻變成一公斤2.75元，到後面直接放棄領最低薪了！附有員工宿舍可供住宿，若出去玩沒住還可寄信告知折當天住宿費！人資讓人感覺不是那麼的好. 手速不夠快還是去時數高的櫻桃場吧！
