★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here 8 yrs ago on my yr 6 camp it was a good experience when I was a kid hiked around the area went sledding down the snow and went rainbow trout fishing great place to take the family for a holiday or to send the kids on camp ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The walk up the hut is tough - boots and easy-to-cary bags are reocmmended as there is no path - just snow and rocks. The hut is well-appointed and warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fun for scouts groups, a real adventure for keas and cubs. Lodge is warm and dry, amazing location, great drying room and adventure facilities. Shared bunk rooms, communal living, bathrooms and eating. Great base for your keas/cubs/scouts camp, especially in winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so good there and you can have so much fun, I has a pool table, a mini rock wall, a TV, a drying room for you wet stuff, I had a kitchen, heaters, and 6 or so rooms with bunk beds I them, and they all have heaters.
