β β β β β Great staff at check in. However no disabled access rooms and no ensuite. Have use of shared toilet and shower facilities. No staff to serve breakfast on Sunday morning so we served ourselves at 8am. Cereals and toast were left out in dining room and was self service. Disappointed as the website we booked on specifically asked if we wanted breakfast and did not mention no ensuite facilities or disabled facilities. Room was advertised as sea view which really did stretch as the room was on the side end of the hotel. The windows were locked, lightbulb in lamp not working and the flat wall heater was cracked. Overall disappointed for $119 a night. Friendly staff though on arrival
