★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location, clean rooms, great evening meals. Breakfast was basic but they provide GF and alternative milk for cereal if requested. Hotel communal areas were cluttered with random bits that should be put away but lovely service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of times I've been I've been disappointed and last week was the same.
Our table tipped over when we went to move and drinks tipped over soaking everything. Went up to ask for drinks to be replaced took over 30 min after asking twice yet no one cared or asked us how we were. After asking 3 times got our drinks so probably be last time we go.bck as plenty of places to now just across the street.
Reply to the comment: just had lunch across the road and service was great though it was 12.30. very busy and lovely staff ,will return again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our stay at the Otoromiro Hotel!! It's a beautiful spot and the hotel has such an amazing vibe. The private deck outside the rooms offer stunning views of Governors Bay, especially at sunrise!!
A heated salt water pool on offer to boot!!
The staff is wonderful. Friendly, kind, and always helpful and bright. Our room was very comfortable & clean.
Overall an unforgettable experience.
Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone travelling to the Christchurch area, do yourself a favour and book into the Otoromiro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful stay, would highly recommend to anyone. Beautiful views from our room. Lovely white, crisp bed linen. Staff very friendly and excellent service at dinner. We had a great meal, fish, chips and super tartare sauce. I loved my pinot Gris wine. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, not often you get high quality seeded bread and homemade muesli - it was outstanding. We walked from the hotel over the hill to Cashmere the next day and it was a wonderful walk. A fabulous night away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. Skilled staff, lovely views, good menu catering to a real variety of dietary needs, Inc several vegan options. My friend had a look at the accommodation and said it was lovely. It would make a lovely short-break destination.....or could potentially be hired for a family gathering.
