★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to a man named Brendon (I think his name was) on the phone and he was incredibly rude. "Your not much help" was not something I was happy to hear after declining his product after he cold called me. He had a very short attitude the entire conversation and was overall not very pleasant. After listening to this spokesman I am not keen to
refer anyone to this company - Sandy.

As a result around 90% of their staff have first hand knowledge and lived experience of life with a disability. As a company GPSOS is a good and caring employer and they have been open to flexible hours and conditions of employment allowing people living all around New Zealand to work from home. GPSOS have embraced the concept of being kind to all people and taken it to a whole next level! This awesome product allows the wearer to live life independently and with newfound confidence and freedom - knowing that help is always at hand. Well done GPSOS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gpsos Ltd is a must if your loved elderly parent requires a medical alert. I now have peace of mind regarding my Mum who is now high risk in falling. Gpsos has set Mum's pendant accordingly.The most surprising thing for me when we received the pendant is the pendant is a speaking device also. If you hold down the large front yellow button for a few seconds it activates. The pendant will start ringing & a very short while later a Gpsos Monitoring Team Member is asking if you are ok??...... My Mum doesn't have to have a phone nearby as long as she is wearing the pendant she would be supported in whichever way she requires. Mum has accidentally set off the button a few times & the Team has rung & when told it was an accident the Team has NOT made my Mum feel like she is being a nuisance. Gpsos encouraged my Mum to press the button to get use to how the pendant works.
Gpsos pendant is truly a gift that keeps on giving. If you sign up for a two year contract the cost is only $1 per day 24/7 monitoring which she afford with ease on her Superannuation Benefit.
From Teri the most helpful & understanding SOS Agent who talked me through the process, answered all questions I had. If she didn't have an answer Teri would say so, then ring me back with one.
Teri even filled out the form required.
Denise the Accounts Controller who assisted us with payment setup, talked us through when we 1st received the pendant. To Andrew in Monitoring I hope I remembered your name correctly who made me feel like I was talking to family.
My Sister in law came to visit today. I showed her Mum's pendant. We activated the button in which we received a call from The Monitoring Team. This impressed her so much she ordered one for her Mum who already has a St John's Medical Alert. My Sister in law said her Mum has to get to her bedroom to activate the alert and the cost is more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share an experience I had a few days ago I accidently set off my alarm button by leaning over a picnic table I then pushed the wrong button to say I was OK but as I never got GPSOS asking me if I was OK I spoke into my pendant but my message was not received by them However to my amazement my grandson turned up to see if I was OK as he received the location of where I was So I am very grateful that even though I did the wrong thing the end result was good.Thank you GPSOS
