Wait time of 45 mins for the first two. And 70mins for the third! Ridiculous. You need a call back system or more phone operators. I can't ring during work hours. Not very fair to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serious problems here with a Culture in Staff that needs formal enquiry. If you want to be treated as a lesser species in the strata of Life existent upon Earth, then visit this place. The staff's role is to constantly remind you that they are superior beings yet their very pay and existence stems from the sadness and misery of others, most of whom find themselves in misfortune through no fault of their own. Minus three out of ten and off the scale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes 1-2 hours to pick up the phone and you can't go in and see them cause they're too lazy to help you. Everything is online and sadly technology isn't for everyone, trust me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They now have a columb, of stations. Where people can go up, without lining up or needing an appointment. The woman I had on wed, was stern but encouraging. To be work active and scouting, knowing the dream job is a tall order.
