When my previous tenant moved out, Gralin Property Manager Kyle provided professional service and advice on the maintenance of the property and has found a new tenant within a very short period of time. Highly recommended for landlords to have a great property management company to work with them.

By the time we decided we wanted to upgrade and move to a bigger property, we never think twice of informing Felicity and Jack our plan.. it’s because we are really satisfied with the same management. Since last year, Katie has taken over all our rental properties. There is no doubt that she is one of the best and most experienced property managers .Highly recommended!
