This was our first home and having never sold a property before, the team put us at ease over what can be a relatively stressful time. They were personable and more than happy to accommodate our requests and worked with us to achieve an amazing result on auction night.
Ben was great at keeping us up to date and the team even went the extra mile to help us with our next home by preparing market analysis material even though that property wasn't in the city.

We felt the whole process of the selling went very smooth. The home stylist visit they had organized gave us wonderful insights to present our home beautifully with very minimal changes. The photographer and his drone did an excellent job capturing our home at it's best. Be it private appointments or weekly reports of open homes or follow up with potential buyers their communication was fantastic. The video of our property came out very professional. Ben and Stephan presented it very well.
We listed our property when the market was crazy, the team was very busy with many other properties yet their quality of communication or commitment never changed or dropped.
Ben needs a special mention here, he was very positive and energetic with lots of ownership and commitment. His highly positive attitude and integrity took all the stress out of us and gave us all the confidence that his team is doing their best in the process of selling our home.
Martin, Ben, Stephan, Sarah, Stephanie, Aiden all of you make a wonderful team together and we would like to thank you for all the hard work put together throughout the process.

The team is knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive, and it was so nice having the flexibility of a larger team, who could work around our schedules when we needed them to.
The marketing material was so well done, and we can't praise their stylist enough for her advice. We're still shocked at just how many people showed up to the open homes and the amount of attention our humble family home received.
Selling a house for the first time in 15 years could have been such a stressful experience, but it was smooth sailing all the way for us thanks to Ben, Sarah and Stephen. We would definitely sell with them again (but thankfully we won't be doing that for a long time).
