★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, here's my personal opinion on this company. They're investigating the Cryptopia hack for so long and still no results. Thousands of users can't reach them for updates. The only thing they calculated was their fee for investigating the case. They don't reply on Facebook or by email. I think, it's not a professional approach. Wouldn't trust them any case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand Thornton are holding our Crypto Currency Assets for ransom. No haste or speed from their part to transfer our property back to us. This is theft in broad daylight whilst collecting and liquidating our property to pay for their legal fees. When will this end ? In 20 years ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opened a Google page today to find a way of reporting Grant Thornton for their complete lack of response to my multitude of requests for information regarding Cryptopia. I noticed their 1 star GMB review rating and read the comments. I was not surprised to read that all other reviewers have faced the same issue with their Cryptopia claims process - nobody is receiving any response. This is unacceptable. I would like to gain closure on my claim and move on. I would simply like a meaningful, human response from Grant Thornton which answers my query and brings closure to this issue. At the very least they could have the courtesy to acknowledge their customers - because that is what I am now. I am very disappointed by their approach to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow slow slow work. Cryptopia liquidation takes forever. Why did you take the case if u cant handle it??? U need to get more people who can deal with it. Soon crypto regulations will come and 99 % of coins will be gone. Another court case will come then.
