★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience today going to Hobbiton and Waitomo caves. The coach trip with Raphael/Rafael was actually quite pleasant and fun. He was informative, attentive and respectful at all times.
We liked this tour very much and definitely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing tour to Hobbiton and Waitomo caves. Our bus driver Damian was very knowledgeable. He spoke to us the entire time, telling us stories & history of NZ, the peoples, places we went through, adding lovely anecdotes. It was a delightful lesson in disguise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful tour to Hobbiton and the glow worm caves today.
Our bus driver was Tony and he made the 2.5 hour bus ride a funny, relaxing and learning experience. Explaining to us our schedule for the day, some local knowledge and history of each town we went to.
Will use this service again next time we come visit New Zealand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 hour journey to Rotorua to see glowworms in a cave, polynesian spa and geysers. More time spent on bus listening to a very boring coach driver called 'Racheal'. He/she complained about many things during commentary and spoke to us like we were children. He constantly repeated himself and was very rude to quite a few passengers, myself included. This trip was expensive and not worth the money spent in my opinion. I think Mr Racheal should be given a crash course in customer service without delay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't do it!!! It was expensive and a heck of a lot of time on a bus ( whose air conditioning didn't work the whole HOT 2 1/2 hour ride home). Our driver was great, but he let it slip that this wasn't the first time the air had gone out. It's too bad too. The trip was long, but Hobbiton was neat to see and the glow worms were interesting, but the bus that picked us up from our hotel was a sleek luxury tour bus, but the bus we were assigned to was nothing great, no restrooms, and then NO air. People were getting sick in the back. It was horrible. If you end up booking through Viator like we did make sure that they don't put you on a Great Sights tour. YUCK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly didn't experience anything like the other reviews. Our bus driver spoke to us the entire time telling us of the stories and history of New Zealand. He was very personable and safe. It was early in the morning and I was tired but didn't fall asleep once on the bus ride because I was so interested. This is a first class way of seeing New Zealand. I would recommend this to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did 2 tours with Great Sights – Milford Sound from Queenstown & Hobbiton from Rotorua. Both the tours went smoothly. They sent a taxi for pick-up which was great. Their bus drivers are very friendly & all the tours run on time. The buses had charging point which was a welcome addition. Guides are very well equipped with knowledge about the place.
