★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hideous service. Tried multiple times to get them to quote my lawn, my poor tenants could not use the backyard. 3 weeks later after 5 phone calls, still no answer. Deleted my review on Facebook, these guys wouldn't know customer service if it bit them in the behind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a franchisee and they ripped me off during the lockdown. the fees are on going even there is now work. I regretted signing up for a franchise with them. Im now their cash cow. They advertise more on how to get a new franchisee rather than find leads for their franchisees. whenever you wanna get into lawn mowing business. Better option to find a well built busy contractor that selling their rounds or advertise yourself. NO high weekly fees. They ban anyone commenting anything against them on facebook
