★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told a man would be at my job at 8:30 am. No sign of him at 9:30, 10:30, 11:30. I emailed them twice, and received no reply. I cancelled two appointments to be at home for this job, and had to leave on time to attend a funeral. Disgusting customer service. I've used Hire a Hubby several times before, but will never use them again. They don't understand that customers tell their friends when something like this happens, so it's not great advertising for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nico from Hire-a-hubby really blew us away with his generosity. We were at Bunnings, and my car was just a little too small to fit our new outdoor furniture suite into it. I was going to have to arrange for another larger vehicle to come and collect it. Luckily Nico drove in next to me and immediately offered to drive it to our house, and wouldn't accept payment. It was a good 15 minute drive, but he brought it around and helped us unload it as my husband had a shoulder injury. Nico was super helpful, and really made our day. Thanks Nico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How long is an acceptable time to wait for a quote? Have waited for two weeks now since Frank came out to look at the job and we still have not received anything. We've followed up 2 -3 times with Admin and have been told that a quote will come but still nothing, not even a phone. If it is a case where you are simply picking and choosing which jobs you want to do then at least have the courtesy to tell the customer you don't want to do the job instead of wasting their time!

best quality job.

They were prompt in their communication and Craig our builder had great expertise and was extremely professional, we felt immediately at ease. The TV cabinet has been wall-mounted and looks amazing in our lounge. Thank you!
