β β β β β One of the worst people. Absolutely destroyed valentines day. Delivered 5 hours late even though I paid $25 for early delivery before 9am. Poor quality roses with dried leaves. No way near as advertised online. Called and complained. I was told that someone will come collect the flowers and replace them.Never happened or called back. Doesn't answer emails either.. Completely useless.. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

β β β β β I was absolutely blown away from the quality of the flowers that I bought from here. Received the flowers that I ordered within a few of hours even though I ordered flowers in a hurry. The flowers where very fresh and had stunning colours. They where very friendly at the store and happily assisted me when choosing the flowers for my significant other. Such a seamless and enjoyable experience. Would 100% recommend for any occasion and definitely coming back to buy more soon.

β β β β β Bad communication - horrible service & no effort was made to help complete an order. The staff answering emails were rude and unaccomodating. Ruined a graduation surprise, as they cancelled my order with ABSOLUTELY NO WARNING or any sort of heads up, I had to keep checking the status on their website, and thatβs how I found out it was cancelled. When I emailed asking to confirm if it was cancelled, all they said was βyes your order has been cancelledβ then I proceed to ask why, and they get another reply βwe confirm your order has been successful, we can deliver flowersβ and then they say itβs cancelled AGAIN. False advertising & bad excuses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

β β β β β Amazing service , Even though I mistakenly put down the wrong delivery adresss, delivery person was still nice enough to deliver to right one. Really appreciated it as it was a gift, also I was notified it was delivered to adress , flowers were stunning just as pictured , definitely purchase again and recommend 100% also reasonably priced.
