โ โ โ โ โ Great place, lovely clean rooms and decent size as well. Bed was very comfy and staff nicr and friendly. It's also in such a handy location, close to many fun activities.
I would definitely stay there again

โ โ โ โ โ Very pleasant receptionists and cleaners, room spacious and good kitchenette we did not request room to be cleaned no hesitation with other requests, close to buses, trains, countdown and McDonalds and coffee shop.
Our only advise would be supplying a washing machine/dryer for personal use even if guests pay as we prefer to do our own laundry not pay $15 for it to be done.
Suggest advising all guests to consider other guests as those upstairs noise and doors are a problem and other guests downstairs consider those around you keep voices down late at night we are sure it would be appreciated
We did get vouchers for the coffee shop after very noisy guests next door to our ground level unit.
We spent from 2/1/20 thru to 13/1/20 hopefully grounds tidied up next time .
1st impression always last impression

โ โ โ โ โ Stayed here for a night during the Covi Show, only a couple of KM from the location. This accommodation was only a minute from the local bottle-o, 4 minutes walk from the local Countdown and McDonalds - with many cafes and restaurants nearby.
Reception was very welcoming and polite, providing quick and efficient service.
The room was amazing, perfectly made beds with white-fresh linen, fully-stocked kitchenette with Sky-TV, more storage than you would need, air-conditioning and complimentary visitor-guides and even a Gideon Bible!
The bathroom was a little outdated and could do with some TLC, but served our purposes perfectly and was kept to a hospital-grade of cleanliness.
Free WiFi was definitely a bonus and our room had access to a personal-patio.
Only improvements I would add would be adding a wall or segmentation between each room's patio for privacy, replacing the door handles (a little tired) and maybe installing an extractor fan in the shower.
Otherwise, the staff were amazing and allowed us to check-out later than usual (without even having to ask). I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable, quiet and affordable stay - definitely would stay again.

โ โ โ โ โ Very clean and spacious. Having a kitchenette was awesome. Absolutely loved the spa bath and the shower had the best water pressure ever. The bed was really comfortable and the receptionist was lovely. The breakfast included in the price was very tasty. My new best place to stay in Auckland, didn't want to leave.

โ โ โ โ โ Very Clean unit, however, no wifi pass word, our unit was in a dark corner with no outside lighting, no milk, no info booklet. however staff were very accomadating , re beds.

โ โ โ โ โ Turned up to the Royal Oak Lodge after a flight and our accomodation falling apart. Stressful night with heavy rain but the receptionist was friendly and accomodating. We had a double room for 2 nights, double bed was comfy but single bed you could feel the springs in the mattress. 160$ which at 80$ per person I thought was cheap. Bathroom could maybe do with an update and renovation, apart from that nice place, even provided milk and tea/coffee.
