Taste of food ? is good not much spicy. But I don't know when I went to there I felt the service is too slow I have to wait for 1 hourly and other one were waiting more, it's was full on that time.?

I Visited the restaurant on Boxing Day I don’t know what was wrong we ordered chilli paneer and told them to make hot it was not even close to hot was tasting sweet then in the main course we ordered fish curry, butter naan and some other bread but naan was never served in. All together I will say poor service.

We ordered food from this resturant waited 45mints and went back to collect the food, the order was for 8Biriyani, 2 chicken curry and 8 Nan as this was a big order we were sure that it will take that kind of a time, the food was not at all ready and the way staff reacted to our queries were unprofessional. Waited again on the restaurant for another 50min and food came with short of stuffs from the original order. Somehow we sorted the issue as it was very late rushed to the motel to have our dinner and it was absolutely rubbish. The food doesn't even have any flavor or what can we say it was beyond average and the pricing was too high. The only acceptable food was 2 curries which we bought. You guys have to understand one thing the place is a seasonal tourist based area and people who buy food will be mostly one off but if you are really serving this kind of food very soon you will come to face the reality, I have seen how the facilities are you have a wonderfull place to dine in and a spacious kitchen something is not right please sort it out. The reason for this review is the very next day we went to russel Island and we tried to find and indian resturant and I remembered from my last trip there was one and I rushed to the restaurant with my friends and as soon as I saw the name of the restaurant I thought it was not a good idea to have lunch and instead we went to a different place so that itself is a lose of business for you guys.

Excellent Indian delicacies at reasonable prices. Indian away from India. Attention to detail on every aspect. Will visit again.

Some of the best Indian food have had in NZ. Such rich flavours and wide range of options on the menu. Highly recommended by locals and found to be spot on.

Had a excellent experience. We ordered takeaway but decided to go ahead with Dine- in. They were more than accommodating. Will definitely return.

Very friendly service and excellent food. Loved the Paneer Kulcha and Cheese Naan. The Malai Kulfi was very good too. Food was not too heavy and sitting by the window across from the ocean was a bonus. Plenty of 240 min parking in Baview Rd just past the restaurant.

Amazing food. The Indo-Chinese chili chicken was reaaly good. A good way to judge an Indian food place is by how different each curry tastes. Some India restaurants have the same base gravy and they don't taste so good. We ordered the chicken tikka masala and chicken bhuna. Both curried were awesome. The curries were rich in flavour and the chicken was perfectly cook. The tandoori laccha paratha was simply stunning. Definitely recommend this place. A good fine dine restaurant. Must visit when you come to paihia. The icing on the cake was the robot that gets you the food. Loved it.
