Lately I've had great experiences with the workshop in doing 5 wheel alignments for me.
They really know there stuff..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointing WOF experience here for my Ford Transit. Thorough, which isn’t bad, except they misdiagnosed 2 non-existent issues, needlessly adding to a huge list that all needed sorting elsewhere. Took extra time getting it all done as other mechanics analysed and determined the non-issues. Brought it back to re-check 5 days over the 28 day re-check period and they said they’d have to start from scratch and charge me again for the WOF. The thing had barely moved since the first check! No common sense there. Are you seriously going to 100% freshly check a vehicle you know damn well is fine? If you must re-check, why not discount the $60 WOF fee? After all, I spent more than that having someone else confirm there was no turbo/exhaust leak. Went elsewhere for the re-check to the more reasonable, customer focussed team at Mitsubishi. 2 stars as they at least weren’t inventing problems for their own team to fix. Just sending me on a wild goose chase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked one of the work vehicles in for WOF and service, this appointment ended up being cancelled due to lockdown. One of the Grey Ford team got a hold of me to rearrange this. Really impressed with the service, vehicle clean and hast this was done in. Highly recommend

Greg and his crew treated us like we had a $1M which was made a huge impact considering the difficulties we’d been through.
We had a budget and Greg was brilliant to help us stay under it (I know, I blew it there).
Leanne was a great help and we couldn’t feel more safe with our purchase or in any other vehicle.
After sale service has been top notch. Knowing our vehicle and our lives are in safe hands with specialists under the bonnet, chassis etc. Oh, and getting the ute back washed after service - awesome.
