Overcharges for cars.
Make sure you head to Christchurch if you need any of the services here. You'll get a much better deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 28th of May I had a Warrent check here as was advised by my boss that this was a good service. An older gentleman did the check and a few things failed. Upon completion he handed me the sheet told me what was wrong, I was attempting to ask him for a quote for repairs when he walked away from me muttering it had high milage. The receptionist was lovely and attempted the quote herself but was struggling so I said I would source the parts. Today I went to get the muffler welded by another service and asked if the parts were correct for the job. He showed me that my car was ok and didn't need these parts for the Warrent. I am bewildered why did this occur and why did the gentleman at Greenfield Motors treat me like that? I will never return and hope this person realizes that service is key to strong positive relationships with customers.
